After my website is completed do you continue to offer support and maintenance?Yes, after your website is complete, we offer ongoing maintenance support. If we use your company what, will you need from us? After we have reviewed your company's needs, we will tell you what types of information we need from you. Usually this consist of photos that you want to display, any documents containing information you want to say, disks containing information you want on the site, company logos, marketing strategy so we can plan your search engine registration, and general information about your organization or business. Having brochures about your business or organization is also helpful. The more materials we can see and read about your business or organization the better for helping us design your website. Do we have to pay before the design work begins? Because there are financial expenditures required during the development phase we ask for half the full design amount up front before we begin work. The other half is payable at completion after you have reviewed and approved your new website. |
Contacting UsBefore contacting Kardinal there are a few things we'd like you to know. When you contact us about potential web design work we first consider the size and scope of your project to see if it is a right fit for us. By "right fit" we mean a project that falls within our skill sets and within the scope of the type of work we prefer to do (generally small companies). For example if your company has 100 employees and has robust ecommerce functionalities, we probably will not take on this project because a company of this size generally should have its own in-house staff to handle website duties. We also do not take on any projects that would not be hosted on our own web servers. This is because we code our sites to run on our server's specific software, architecture, and operating system. Additionally if we are already booked with client work for the foreseeable near-term, we will occasionally close our contact us form during this time because we prefer to devote our full undivided attention to the current projects at hand.
